For players looking to polish their technical, tactical, physical and mental game to the highest level, private and semi-private lessons are the fastest way to achieve potential. 

Beginner/intermediate/advanced squads

Racquet Lab squads for players 11 and up are tiered by player performance and attitude, both during competition and in training. Squad sessions are primarily focused on developing higher-level tactical decision-making through playing a variety of game-styles and scenarios. Squads are always delivered in a competitive but team-based environment and have a big emphasis on respecting your opponent, fostering individual mental resilience, and challenging yourself to play outside your comfort zone.

ANZ Tennis Hot Shots

ANZ Tennis Hot Shots is tennis for kids! It’s a program designed to help every child, no matter their age or ability, jump in and start playing tennis. ANZ Tennis Hot Shots is played on smaller courts with modified equipment, including lighter racquets, lower nets and low compression balls that don’t bounce too high. With three fun stages (Red, Orange and Green), our qualified Tennis Australia coaches will help guide your kids every step of the way.
